How long does orthodontic treatment take?

Orthodontic treatment duration varies from patient to patient and depends on multiple factors, including the type of treatment, age, complexity, and appliances required. As a rough guide, orthodontic treatment can take anywhere from 6 months to 3 years to complete.

Fast orthodontic treatment

Clear aligner treatment offers a couple of fast options for patients with minor misalignments in their front 6 teeth. These include Lite and Express options. If you’re a candidate, we may be able to straighten your smile in just 3–6 months.
